qū líng [曲陵] jiàn lì [建力] zhōng lì [中力] for lung diseases

Location: On the palmar aspect of the forearm, qū líng (33.16) is located 1.5 cun below LU5, jiàn lì (middle point) is located 0.5 cun lateral to qū líng and zhōng lì is 0.5 cun later to jiàn lì (middle point).

Name:曲 qū: bent, curved; 陵 líng: mound, hill; 建 [jiàn]: to build, 力 [lì]: power; 中 [zhōng]: middle.

Needling: 0.5-1 cun perpendicular. Use 3 points together
