Terms & conditions
General
- The treatment for children requires the consent of both parents with custody.
- The treatment takes place in a separate room in which only the therapist and patient are present. In case of the presence of a third person (e.g student or intern) the therapist will get the patient consent prior to treatment.
- The therapist is subject to the disciplinary law provided by the KAB (Klachtencommissie Alternatieve Behandelwijzen)
- If the patient has any complaint, he is welcome to discuss it with the therapist in the first instance. If the patient is not satisfied he can also contact NVA. For more info press here
- The administrative and medical data are stored and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Dutch Data Protection Authority. For more information about privacy policy press here
- Cancelation policy: Please contact Gil Ton by email or phone at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment otherwise you’ll be charged for the appointment. Thank you for your time and understanding.
Payment terms
Within two weeks from the end of the treatment session, you’re obliged to pay for the service in the following methods:
- A payment link which is sent by email after the treatment.
- Cash at the clinic.
- Debit/Credit card at the clinic
