The 商 shāng sound is represented by LI-1 and LU-11 and not at other points of the metal channels. It may be because these two points are effective in treating disorders of the throat, the organ that produces the five sounds.
•Location 部位: On the index finger, radial to the distal phalanx, 0.1 F-cun proximal-lateral to the radial corner of the index fingernail, at the intersection of the vertical line of the radial border of the fingernail and the horizontal line of the base of the index fingernail.

Shallow needle of 0.1 to 0.2 cun or prick the point for bleeding
